Download the diary
select save as calendar.csv to save a version of the calendar that can be imported into Outlook (csv). In Outlook select File...Import and Export. Choose Import from another program or file. Select Comma separated values(Windows). Browse to the calendar.csv file that you saved the data to. Select the Replace duplicates with items imported option (important if you import calendar updates) then click next. Select which Outlook calendar you want to import into (normally there is only one called Calendar). Finally click Finish et voila! Now you are fully synchronised with Table.
